Lizon is partner at McIntyre Finn since 2006. Her practice primarily encompasses corporate and commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, banking and collection law. She provides services to companies and organizations on a wide range of matters, such as acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and strategic commercial arrangements. She also acts for financial institutions on debt financing transactions while advising on insolvency related matters including collection, receivership, and restructuring.
Lizon holds a master’s degree in law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior, she received a certificate in negotiation and leadership from Harvard Law School - Executive Program. A passionate member of her community, she currently serves on the board of directors of CHU Dumont Foundation Hospital and the Atlantic Cancer Research Institute. She is also a speaker and a contributor of the Law Society of New Brunswick, and a member of the Competence Committee.
