Partner of the law firm, Josée was admitted to the bar in 2011 after completing her bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in public administration at the University of Moncton. She joined McIntyre Finn’s team in 2010. Josée also completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Her current practice focuses mainly on real estate, corporate and commercial law, banking and collection law and Wills and Estate. She provides services to assist clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as services for incorporation of new businesses, corporate restructuration, purchase or sale of business shares or assets, contract interpretation, negotiation and drafting. She also works with institutional lenders and private lenders in secured project transactions in New Brunswick, as well as debt collection and enforcement of securities. She also provides municipal law services as a co-counsel in a wide range of matters, including by-law enforcement.

She has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick. She represents and advises her clients in both official languages.

She is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers’ Association and the Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick.
